All participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the park.
Tickets, parking pass, and beverage wristbands were emailed to your company account on directly from Carowinds.
The digital ticket includes your entrance, parking, lunch at The Grove, and a beverage wristband. When you arrive, have the attendant scan your ticket for complimentary park entry.
A buffet lunch will be served from 12 PM to 2 PM in The Grove; please refer to your map for directions.
No outside food or beverages are allowed in Carowinds. Your drink wristband will allow you to get free beverages at stations throughout the park, which can be redeemed with your ticket.
Carowinds is a cashless park but accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. There are cash-to-card machines available on-site that will convert cash to a Visa Debit card.
Backpacks are permitted in the park, but cannot be brought on rides due to safety concerns. Bags larger than 16″x16″x8″ are not allowed, including backpacks, purses, and diaper bags. All bags will be searched before entry, and any prohibited items must be returned to your car.
Guests requiring health accommodations may bring a bag no larger than 4.5"x6.5" containing medically necessary items.
Lockers are available for rent at the park.
